Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We cater for most dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and nut free - just let us know when you order.
What are your payment options?
You can either order ad-hoc on the website or join Treat premium if you think you’ll be spending more than £100 a month. With Premium we offer a more personalised easy-to-use service with monthly invoicing and support.
Can I request an invoice for a one-off order?
Yes you can - if you just email email@example.com we will arrange this.
When will my Treat arrive?
If you’ve ordered our Thank You or Welcome Treats - we bake them every week for Thursday delivery (our cut off is Monday at 4pm - if you order after this it will arrive the following Thursday).
If you’ve ordered our Happy Parenting or Welcome Deluxe boxes they will arrive within 3-5 working days once your order is placed.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver for free to everywhere within the UK but do not deliver outside of the UK.
What kind of baked goods do you offer?
We change our type of Treat every month - you’ll either get a Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Blondie, Tiffin or Banana and Coconut Blondie.
Am I able to request a different type of baked good?
Yes, just get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
